The game Gothic by Piranha Bytes has been loved since 2001. So it's no wonder that the current trend of remakes doesn't bypass this classic.

Unfortunately, many remakes lose sight of what makes a good game, focusing solely on improving graphics.

We want to counteract this trend. With this project, we want to show that a great game doesn't need high-end graphics. Presenting Gothic in a retro style of the early 90s, we invite you to experience it in a whole new way.

Dive into the adventure of the nameless hero, just as you've always wanted it: nostalgically, pixelated, and in 8 bits!
